The Saudi Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Campaign – ZATCA
Empowering Trade Through Trust and Partnership
For the Saudi Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Program campaign, I led the project in its entirety—overseeing its strategic framework, creative development, and full-scale execution to deliver a nationally aligned awareness initiative targeting investors, importers, exporters, and traders.
The campaign was designed to embody the tangible advantages of the AEO Program—positioning it not merely as a regulatory framework, but as a gateway to streamlined procedures, institutional trust, and expanded opportunities. A central pillar of the narrative highlighted the program’s integration with more than 30 government entities, reinforcing its role as a unified national ecosystem that empowers compliant businesses and strengthens the Kingdom’s trade infrastructure.
In collaboration with Director Malek Al Hammami, we crafted a clear and authoritative visual language that balanced institutional credibility with aspirational momentum. The storytelling approach emphasized accessibility and strategic value—ensuring that complex regulatory benefits were communicated with clarity, confidence, and impact.
From early concept to final delivery, I managed the campaign holistically—aligning cross-sector coordination, production logistics, and creative execution under one cohesive vision. The result is a purpose-driven national campaign that elevates awareness, strengthens engagement, and positions the Saudi AEO Program as a catalyst for growth, efficiency, and international competitiveness.
